SHAYNE GREY - (Set time: 7:30 PM)
SHAYNE GREY
Shayne Grey, an L.A based singer-songwriter started writing songs and playing open mics in 2011 as a solo artist. In 2015, Grey decided to form a band and was lucky to find drummer, Brian Laffan, and bassist Julian Salvador to add to her sound. Taking influences from alternative bands, Grey's energetic love songs, 'Scared', 'Seattle Girl' and 'I Could Be On Your Mind' reflect her deep and honest emotional thoughts on love. © Copyright 2016. The Pretty Flowers - (Set time: 10:30 PM)
The Pretty Flowers
The Pretty Flowers is a Los Angeles indie rock band. Their style is influenced by college rock, punk and post-hardcore. The Pretty Flowers formed on a road trip to San Francisco while on hiatus from their respective bands The Henry Clay People and the Lost Libraries. Noah Green's demos were played, record stores were hit and after a year of Matt Cowan convincing Noah that it wouldn't become a working band, but a way for friends to hang out… the Pretty Flowers started practicing with Rademacher and the Henry Clay People's drummer Eli Reyes. Singer and Guitarist Noah Green at the center of the song writing, bassist Matt Cowan and drummer Eli Reyes played their first show as the Pretty Flowers August 20, 2013. Andy Siara of the Henry Clay People has become a consistent part of their live show rounding out guitar duties and backing vocals. The Pretty Flowers are independently minded with an unwavering dedication to the indie tradition, and stay true to the "heart-on-your-sleeve" spirit of American indie rock.

Raised by wolves in the frigid Siberian forests where I started out playing drums in the local marching band. Picked up the guitar a few months before Woodstock - there must have been something in the air! Studied at the Sorbonne with Chuck Berry, Keith Richards, Mark Knopfler, Bix Beiderbecke, Jimi Hendrix, Bela Bartok. Charlie Christian, Mezz Mezzrow, T-Bone Walker, Louis Armstrong.

Extensive travels brought me and music to Plainfield, Vermont; Boston; Manhattan; Brooklyn; London; Milan; San Francisco; and now, Los Angeles. Side trips along the way include Kathmandu, Hanoi, Rome, Florence, Prague, Mala Mala, Botswana, and more.
